MEMPHIS, Tenn. — (BrooklandNews.com) — May 3, 2025 — Delta Air Lines announced a new non-stop flight from Memphis International Airport to John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York.
The flights will begin on September 8, 2025, and utilize a 76-seat Embraer aircraft.
According to a release from the Memphis International Airport, New York City is Memphis’ second-largest market, with 352 passengers flying daily between the two cities.
The addition will add to Delta’s 8 destinations, bringing it to 9, including: Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Detroit, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York (LaGuardia Airport), and Salt Lake City.
“We are excited to see Delta’s continued expansion at MEM,” said Michael Keeney, Chairman of the Board of Commissioners for Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority. “The addition of JFK service provides our passengers with another option to the New York City area and expands connectivity to Europe and other international destinations.”
