Brookland, AR – (BrooklandNews.com) – Apr. 7, 2025 – A shopping center could be coming to Brookland after Haag Brown announced a recent sale.
The land adjacent to Taco Bell and Jordan’s Kwik Stop in Brookland on Highway 49 was recently sold to Brookland residents Jason Gazaway and Ivey Herren, Jr., who plan to develop the land into a shopping center, according to a release from Haag Brown Commercial Real Estate.
The 5.32-acre property already has businesses planning to move in including Herren Tire Service and Domino’s Pizza. Plans also include space for a drive-thru coffee shop and other restaurants.
The momentum in Brookland is undeniable. With major regional and national players already investing in the area, we wanted to be part of that wave.
