Brookland, AR– The Brookland Police Department has taken a suspect following a two-hour-long stnadoff
Following police tracking down a suspect at the intersection of North Holman and E. School St. police were awaiting a warrant to go inside the home.
The police then began negotiating with the suspect, and after two hour they were taken into custody.
Brookland Public Schools posted on their social media that the staff members and students that happened to be on campus were put on lock-down.
One source told Brookland News that the schools high school football team was practicing.
