BROOKLAND, AR — (BrooklandNews.com) — July 28, 2025 — The Brookland Police Department Chief of Police, Jon Moore, is warning residents about door-to-door sales that will soon begin.
A letter released by Chief Moore states, “two college students will be in our area for the next couple of weeks selling educational materials as part of a sales and leadership program.”
The letter also states that the two students will be driving a gold Ford hatchback with the Arkansas license plate reading BGF 08L. They will be knocking on doors from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
“The two students have met the criteria for a privilege license,” Chief Jon Moore writes.
