BROOKLAND, AR — (BrooklandNews.com) — July 9, 2025 — Brookland Public Schools is about to commence its search for an assistant superintendent, following George Kennedy’s acceptance of the superintendent position.
As per the agenda of the Brookland Public Schools School Board special meeting, a special meeting will be held on July 9. After roll call, the board will enter an executive session to begin interviews for the assistant superintendent position.
The search for an assistant superintendent is set to occur after George Kennedy, who previously served as the assistant superintendent, accepted the promotion to superintendent.
