Another Trump aid has been indicted for classified documents, that were found at Former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home in Florida.
Carlos De Oliveira Did an interview with officials earlier this year, he is being charged with deleting camera footage.
When he spoke to those officials his phone was seized.
Documents say that Oliveira was asked to delete a server, which is said to have camera footage on it, with classified documents.
Carlos De Oliveira is supposed to appear in court on July 31st, 2023.
COUNTS:
- 1: Altering, Destroying, Mutilating, or Concealing
- 2: Conspiracy to Obstruct Justice
- 3: Corruptly Altering, Destroying, Mutilating, or Concealing a Document, Record,or Other Object
- 4: False Statements and Representations
All of those charges could lead to up to 65 years of jail time.
