WASHINGTON — (BrooklandNews.com) — July 14, 2025 — Calls for U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi to resign are mounting as President Donald Trump stands behind Bondi and her handling of the Jeffrey Epstein files.
In a February interview with the Fox News Channel, Pam Bondi was asked, “The DOJ may be releasing the list of Jeffrey Epstein clients, will that really happen?” Bondi responded, “It’s sitting on my desk right now to review.”
Following that interview, the Department of Justice began walking back claims that there was even a client list. In a release by the DOJ and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, they say: “This systematic review revealed no incriminating ‘client list.’ There was also no credible evidence … that Epstein blackmailed prominent individuals as part of his actions. We did not uncover evidence that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties.”
In an early July cabinet meeting with Donald Trump, a reporter inquired about the files. Donald Trump then questioned the reporter about the reason behind the question, considering the circumstances in Texas.
President Donald Trump is defending Bondi. “What’s going on with my ‘boys’ and, in some cases, ‘gals?’ They’re all going after Attorney General Pam Bondi, who is doing a fantastic job. We’re on one Team, MAGA, and I don’t like what’s happening,” Trump said in a post on Truth Social.
During a panel discussion at a Turning Point USA conference in Florida on Friday, Ingraham asked the audience, “How many of you are satisfied with the results of the Epstein investigation?” Which was met with loud shouts of “boo,” indicating that republicans are upset.
