Brookland, AR — The rain is not going away for citizens of Brookland, as topical depression makes its way through.

The storm formerly known as Hurricane Francine made landfall in Louisiana causing major flooding and wind damage.

After making landfall as a Category 2 hurricane, the storm quickly lost strength as it headed inland.

The original forecast of tropical depression Francine showed the storm going farther east in Arkansas, but that track has since changed and puts Brookland dead-center of the track.

That track is showing exactly what Brookland is experiencing, non-stop rain and heavy wind.
