Arkansas Countywide Voter Approval for New Casino Licenses and Repeal Casino Licenses in Pope County Initiative
What it is: This initiative is to repeal all current casino license in Pope County, and force a countywide election for casino licenses’.
Like others, this initiative has been faced with legal troubles in recent weeks as two groups sue Secretary of State, John Thurston, for accepting the amendment. Those suing claim the group proposing the amendment allowed numerous things that break Arkansas state law.

Voters will also vote for the, Arkansas Lottery Proceed Funding for Vocational-Technical School Scholarships and Grants Amendment.
What it is: A proposed amendment that would allow the Arkansas lottery to put funds towards the funding of scholarships and grants to Arkansas citizens enrolled in vocational-technical schools and technical institutes.
