Brookland, AR- Heavy rain throught Sunday, brought culverts in the City of Brookland to a hold.
Kenneth Jones, Mayor of Brookland tells me over the last 3 days, Brookland has recived nearly 9″ of rain.
While no type of flood warning has been issued in Brookland, it’s still ok to take it safe and stay indoors for the day.
The mayor told me it’s a lot.
There is a Flash Flood Warning for parts of Jonesboro, AR but for now Brookland remains in the clear, for now.
However, Brookland is under a FLOOD ADVISORY until 6:30PM CST.
