Memphis, TN- All five officers involved in the killing of Tyre Nichols, have pleaded, not guilty, when seen in court early Friday morning.

Demetrius Haley, Emmett Martin III, Justin Smith, Desmond Mills Jr, and Tadarius Bean are all facing second-degree murder and several other charges. All are currently out on bond.

The hearing comes more than five weeks after the killing of Tyre Nichols, on January 7 is when it all happened.

No other person on the scene the night of January 7 has been charged.

They will be seen again in court on May 1st.
