Little Rock, AR- A high school that puts students on a specific career path is coming to Arkansas.
The South City Church located off of I-30 is becoming the new Arkansas Military and First Responders Academy. You’ll have to wait until next year to enroll your child as it’s scheduled to open in August of 2023.
The Academy is planning to have classes like junior ROTC, first responders program with emphasis in fire, law enforcement, and medical emergency response.
The school is currently working to make sure when they open they have the most up-to-date everything. Once that is all completed they plan to have an at least 25 acre campus.
The campus will hold the normal 9th-12th graders and to add to that they will have a curriculum with engineering, stem programs, and coding.
But for now church will continue on Sunday’s.
